I primarily worked with Lily and she was great. The purse looks brand new, you can't even tell the difference. I needed the purse by a certain date and it arrived the day before. This bag was restored beautifully. The black leather strap and gold chain strap also look brand new. The customer service was fantastic as well - Jason was extremely thorough when answering all of my questions. This bag basically looks brand new. I’m so glad I bought it here instead of paying twice as much at the LV store. I love the idea of recycling as well. Shipping was also much quicker than expected. I received it just 10 days after placing the order. Happy customer. :-)
