We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. Item significantly differs from the listing description, or

2. Item was damaged during shipping

Must be reported within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery
You must provide unboxing photos or videos taken upon opening the package
Items must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging
Approved returns in this category will be issued a prepaid return label
