At Empyrean, we take pride in restoring luxury with soul. Every piece is carefully inspected, expertly refinished, and thoughtfully presented to ensure it arrives ready to impress. But if for any reason you're not absolutely in love with your purchase — we offer a 100% money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. You are not satisfied with the item for any reason (no questions asked), or

2. The item significantly differs from the listing description, or

3. The item was damaged during shipping

To qualify:

• Return must be requested within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Empyrean security tag and dust cover must remain attached

• Must include all original packaging, authentication cards, and accessories

Please note: Removing the Empyrean security tag voids the return & refund guarantee.

Approved returns will be issued a prepaid return label, and your full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and verified.

If at any point you have credible doubts about the authenticity of your purchase, we will accept a return request at any time, provided:

• The item shows no signs of wear or use

• You provide supporting information regarding the concern

• The item is returned in the exact condition received, including original packaging and accessories

Approved returns in this category will also receive a prepaid return label.
