4. Authenticity Disclaimer We do not guarantee the authenticity of any items sold. All evaluations are conducted internally based on material, structure, and craftsmanship. No brand-issued certificates are provided unless explicitly stated.

5. Return & Refund Policy Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item was damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours of delivery), or

  • The item was significantly misrepresented Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery. If a customer has serious doubts regarding the authenticity of an item, Empyrean will accept a return request within the 3-day window and review the claim on a case-by-case basis. 6. Pricing and Modifications Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without prior notification.

7. Order Conditions We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion. This includes orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

9. Limitation of Liability Empyrean and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our service or products.
