This bag was restored beautifully. The black leather strap and gold chain strap also look brand new. The customer service was fantastic as well - Jason was extremely thorough when answering all of my questions. This bag basically looks brand new. I’m so glad I bought it here instead of paying twice as much at the LV store. I love the idea of recycling as well. Shipping was also much quicker than expected. I received it just 10 days after placing the order. Happy customer. :-)

I was blown away by the customer service and care that I was given while going through the ordering process. I received my bag early and I’m convinced it’s brand new. I will never again risk ordering a previously owned luxury item from anyone but Empyrean.
I thought about not writing a review because I don’t want anyone to discover my hot spot but the company and the team deserve accolades for what they are doing. I had a better experience with them than I did with Louis Vuitton More than satisfied with my purchase
