This bag was restored beautifully. The black leather strap and gold chain strap also look brand new. The customer service was fantastic as well - Jason was extremely thorough when answering all of my questions. This bag basically looks brand new. I’m so glad I bought it here instead of paying twice as much at the LV store. I love the idea of recycling as well. Shipping was also much quicker than expected.
