When you purchase a bag from Empyrean, you enjoy two years of free restoration services, with one restoration available each year. Whether it’s a quick refresh or a complete overhaul, our artisans will ensure that your bag continues to stand the test of time.

Share Your Story, Earn Store Credit

Each year, we’ll reach out to our cherished customers to hear how their Empyrean bag has accompanied them through life’s moments. Whether it's a special trip, a memorable event, or simply a daily companion, we want to hear your story.

In exchange for sharing your experience, you will receive store credit worth 10% of your original bag purchase. This credit can be used for any future purchase at Empyrean, but please note, it is only valid for one year from the date it is issued.

A Special Policy for Hermès Birkin and Lindy Owners

We are proud to offer a special policy for our most exclusive customers—those who own a Hermès Birkin or Lindy bag purchased through Empyrean. In addition to the benefits mentioned above, these customers will receive a unique opportunity each year:

• Trade-in Option: You will have the option to trade your old bag for a new restored bag of the same value but may in a different color. This exchange will only require you to pay 10% of the original price for the new bag.
