Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Empyrean security tag and dust cover must remain attached

  • Must include all original packaging, authentication cards, and accessories

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery confirmation

  • Please note: Removing the Empyrean security tag voids the refund guarantee.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at service@empyreanatelier.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a brief reason for return, and a clear photo of the item with the tag attached

  3. We will respond with a prepaid return label or shipping instructions

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, your full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
